Lumle Holidays Visited Nepal hotels: An exemplary example towards consistent quality control

During the course of visit, team also visited some potential new hotels with a view to promote them in Europe & USA market segment. The 2 days visit in several different categories of hotels in various cities of Nepal was jointly conducted by UK and Nepal team.

We, at Lumle are very much concerned about the well-being of our customers and would take all the necessary measures to ensure their safety and comfort. Lumle holidays visited Nepal hotels, an exemplary example towards consistent quality control. Not all Nepal hotels are always extremely good, but at the same time we wish to provide best service quality hotels in Nepal to our customers who visit a country. Keeping this in mind we recently carried out a check on the good hotels in Nepal, that is in all the major cities where Nepal adventure holidays are conducted by us. The cities that were covered were Kathmandu, Pokhara, Bandipur, Daman and Chitwan.

As you know the above mentioned places are famous destinations in all our Nepal tours and thus we pay special attention to these places along with the others. There were many hotels that we visited as these are the hotels that we generally use for the purpose of accommodation for our customers.

All the renowned hotels of Nepal were visited by us and I have made a mention of all the hotels that we visited as well as a short description about them.

HOTELS IN KATHMANDU

Hotel Manasulu, Kathmandu

We wish to give you the best hotel in Kathmandu as all our customers who are taking a trip to Nepal land at Kathmandu as that is the only place in the country that has an international airport and thus we visited a variety of hotels there. The main ones that were visited are:

Hotel Manasalu: Hotel Manasalu is a great hotel that is located near the marketplace but at the same time you are away from the bedlam that the markets usually have. The food and accommodation that the hotel offers are impeccable and it is one of the best hotels that you will be able to put up at, after Kathmandu sightseeing.

Hotel Tibet: This is another hotel that is present in Kathmandu that is quite famous and thus we visited the hotel as well. With affordable rates and clean surroundings the hotel is a great place to stay for those who want to be a part of cheap Nepal holidays.

Hotel Gangjong: We know that all of our customers are not non-vegetarians and thus it is necessary that we have a hotel that is a vegetarian one as it is preferred by some. We visited this hotel and thrilled to see how well it was maintained. The hotel is a three star one and is infact the only hotel that is a pure vegetarian one. The architecture of the hotel is inspired by the culture of Tibet and I’m sure that our guests are sure to have a pleasant stay at the hotel.

Hotel Mystic Buddha: This hotel will give you a view of the Swayambhunath stupa and there is a touch of both, the old worlds and the new worlds as there are club rooms, lush gardens, magnificent rooms and most importantly the hotel is present in the heart of the city and thus you would not have to travel much. The hotel would be just great for honeymoon holidays.

Hotel Annapurna: This is a very famous hotel in Katmandu and there are reasons galore for this. The views from the hotel are mesmerizing and at the same time the facilities that are available here make the place worth the stay. Special attention is paid to sanitation.

Hotel Hyatt: This is a 5 star hotel that is present in Kathmandu, so there are no two things about high quality. The hotel has a traditional Nepal touch that can be seen in the architecture of the building but at the same time, there are all the modern facilities that you would expect from an A grade hotel. You can get a view of the Boudhanath Stupa and this hotel is one of the best hotels that you can put up in if you are asking for Nepal tailor made holidays.

HOTELS IN POKHARA

Pokhara Village Resort

Pokhara Village Resort: The Pokhara Village resort is a budget hotel (3 star equivalent but provides 4 star quality bedrooms and services) that you can put up at, during your Pokhara stay and you will enjoy the beauty of Pokhara while you are there. The hotel is brand new just started trading since October 2011 and located in lakeside. The magnificent Annapurna Range Mountains can easily be seen from roof terrace of the hotel. The hotel amenities are above average and you can get panoramic views.

Hotel Barahi: One of the most famous hotels in Pokhara, the hotel Barahi is situated very near to the Lake Fewa and you can be a part of the Himalayan Adventure if you are here as the hotel is surrounded by the Himalayas. With all the modern amenities this hotel is a great place for stay in Pokhara. Also if you are confused if “is Pokhara is a honeymoon destination?” then you need to stay at this hotel and enjoy any one of the various Nepal holiday deals that we have.

Hotel Third Pole: This hotel was opened just recently and thus it was important that we inspect it for the sake of our guests. The hotel is also located at the lakeside and there are many cuisines that are offered here. There are 32 international standard rooms that are present and the most important part is that the hotel is affordable and a great choice for cheap Nepal holidays

Hotel Fishtail Lodge: This is a 4 star hotel and is very near to the airport, thus, you will not need to travel a lot to get there. There are around 48 deluxe rooms that are present and the hotel will take all the necessary care for your comfort. The natural beauty of this hotel is it is situated in the middle of lake. It is an amazing experience to get into the hotel by boat. The hotel is famous and has own identity for hosting some of the world leaders, royalty and heads of Government. Some of the few examples are: HRH Prince Charles and HRH Princess Anne of England, Crown Prince Narihito of Japan, former Indian President N. Sanjiva Reddy, former US President Jimmy Carter, former US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, former UN Secretary General Kurt Waldhiem, HRH Crown Prince V. Mahidol of Thailand and many other celebrities.

HOTELS VISITED IN BANDIPUR

The Typical Hotel in Bandipur, Nepal

It goes unsaid that you will need to sojourn at a good hotel during your Bandipur stay and thus we visited some of the Bandipur hotels as well. They are:

Hotel Bandipur Mountain Resort: This resort is not very far from Bandipur and is actually at a walkable distance. The feature that is most outstanding about this resort is the panoramic views that it offers and how it is away from the maddening noise of the city.

Hotel Bandipur Palace: This is another hotel of Bandipur that will like to stay at, in case you are at Bandipur. There are all the modern amenities and there are multi-cuisine offered at the hotel. The staff is very helpful especially with tourists.

Hotel Gaughar: A basic hotel that is present near the village of Bandipur, was basically a house that had Newari architecture and has now been renovated into a heritage hotel. The hotel is not very large as there are just 15 rooms that are present but the view that you get from these rooms are splendid. This a great hotel to stay at if you have come for Nepal adventure.

Hotel Old Inn: This is another hotel that has been built on the traditional Newari lines and that is clearly visible in its architecture. In case you visit Nepal and wish to travel to Pokhara after you visit Kathmandu, then you will know that you need to stop at Bandipur and this one of the best and the most reasonable hotels that you can sojourn at.

Hotel Green Park: Hotel Green Park is a basic yet good hotel that is present in Bandipur. You cannot expect very advanced amenities, but you are sure to enjoy your stay at this place as the staff is very helpful and the food is delectable.

Hotel Hideaway: The name of the hotel is in itself very intriguing and a good choice to stay at if you are on Nepal holidays. The place is away from the city and it offers safari and thus you can undertake some adventure sports here. The rooms are large and spacious and the staff, knowledgeable.

HOTELS IN DAMAN

Everest Panorama Resort, Daman, Nepal

While you are on your Daman stay you are sure to see Everest from Daman but you also need a clean and safe place to put up at. Here are the hotels that we visited at Daman

Everest Panorama Resort: Though there are not many hotels that are present in Daman. This is one of the best ones that are present here. If you are coming for peak climbing in Nepal or want to take an Everest flight then Daman is a place that you are sure to visit and Hotel Panaroma Resort is a good place to stay at. It has all the modern amenities and most importantly, the prices are very reasonable.

HOTEL IN CHITWAN

In you are at Chitwan, then Chitwan sightseeing is a must-do and you will need a hotel to stay at. The hotel that we visited here has been mentioned below.

Hermitage Resort: This is the best hotel in Chitwan, in my view. You can enjoy the cool Nepal weather while you are here. Adventure Tourism in Nepal is common and the areas near this hotel offer many adventure sports as well, so you will not have to travel much. The amenities of the hotel are great and you are sure to enjoy your stay here.
