Day 01 : Departure London Heathrow

Day 04 : Kirindy – Morondava

Day 05:  Morondava – Antananarivo – Andasibe National Park

 Day 01 : Departure London Heathrow
Today you start your journey by boarding your international outbound flight to Antananarivo.
 Day 02 : Antananarivo
Meet and greet at the airport. Transfer to the town and check in at your hotel. Short briefing with a Cactus Tours’ Staff.
 Day 03 : Antananarivo - Morondava – Kirindy Reserve
After breakfast, transfer to the airport and fly to Morondava. Upon arrival departure by 4wd to the dry deciduous forest area of Kirindy Reserve located a two-hour drive from Morondava and the best chance to see and photograph a “Fossa” in the wild, Madagascar’s largest carnivore… through the Baobab forests and the savannah. In the evening, you will have a nocturnal walk inside the reserve.
 Day 04 : Kirindy - Morondava
You will continue the visit inside the reserve. Mid-afternoon drive back to Morondava through the stately Grandidier baobabs known as Avenue des baobabs with stop for sunset photo opportunity.
 Day 05: Morondava – Antananarivo – Andasibe National Park
After a leisurely morning, transfer to the airport and fly back to Antananarivo. Upon arrival, drive eastwards to Andasibe NP. In the evening, you will have a nocturnal walk on the border of the park.
 Day 06 : Andasibe National Park
After some ride on a bumpy road, you will reach Mantadia Reserve, home for other species of lemurs, birds, and chameleons. This hike is rather challenging but worth-it to explore the primary rainforest of Mantadia National Park. You will seek Diademed sifaka, Black-and-white ruffed lemurs, the insectivorous tenrecs, and the rainforest dependent ground rollers. In the afternoon, you will get more close to the lemurs at the Lemurs’ Island.
 Day 07 : Andasibe National Park – Antananarivo
You will get into the rainforest for an easy hike at Analamazaotra Nature Reserve. There you will be spotting the largest of all lemurs called Indri amongst other endemic animals and plants. In the afternoon, drive back to Antananarivo.
 Day 08 : Final Departure
If time permits, you will have a city tour and visit historical sites. Depending on your flight schedule, you will be transferred to the airport and fly homewards.
