Escape to explore the tranquil and historic cities of Britain and Ireland staying at wonderful hotels. Your British & Irish Adventure begins with sightseeing of Britain’s capital and most vibrant city London. Throughout the trip, you will explore Britain and Ireland’s most iconic sights. You’ll be treated to a delectable mouth-watering 5 dinners with scrumptious breakfast every morning. So, what more could you ask for from a trip of lifetime!

Day 1: London and Sightseeing

You’ll be greeted at London Heathrow airport by a representative of the tour company before being taken to your hotel, where you’ll be checked-in. At 1400h, you will meet Tour Director and will be briefed on where the next eight days of British & Irish Adventure will take you.

Afterwards, you will proceed on a panoramic tour of central London to see famous landmarks including Piccadilly Circus, Nelson’s Column in Trafalgar Square, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.

After sightseeing back to the hotel. In the evening, you will join congregation for a drink with tour director and fellow travelers where you will discuss your trip before sitting down to dinner in your hotel. (D)

Day 2: London

Your second day will be kept completely free for you so you can decide how you want to spend it for yourself. You might want to choose to embark on a day trip to Windsor Castle or take an open-top bus tour around London. (B)

Day 3: Enjoy Cambridge & York Walking Tours

After breakfast you will continue your British & Irish Adventure and travel to Cambridge (one of the historic city) for a stroll past some of the famous colleges, including King’s College, and the Mathematical Bridge over the River Cam. Than after, you will head north to York for a walking tour through the old city. You will observe, this is the best way to appreciate primitive houses that almost meet to form an arch across the narrow streets. The stately York Minster, with towers and magnificent stained-glass windows are the highlight of the walking tour. You will now back to the hotel; take rest just before join dinner. (B,D)

Day 4: Explore Alnwick Castle & Enjoy Edinburgh Scottish Evening

You will spend your fourth day of British & Irish Adventure exploring Alnwick Castle (in North). It is second largest inhabited castle in England. The lavish State Rooms with a stunning array of art, portraits and furniture portray the Castle on it’s own style. The Alnwick Garden is beautifully landscaped and enhanced with architectural and water features. You will travel through the scenic Northumberland National Park enroute make a brief stop in Jedburgh to view the ruins of the abbey. You will than continue your journey to your hotel near Edinburgh. Upon arrival at the hotel check-in before make your way to dine at a Scottish Evening with bagpipes and lively music, right in your hotel.(B,D)

Day 5: Explore Edinburgh

Today you will get out to discover Edinburgh’s highlights on a guided city sightseeing. You will see the elegant Georgian “New Town” with spacious streets and the compact medieval city along the Royal Mile. You will tour Edinburgh Castle to view the Crown Jewels of Scotland and the Stone of Destiny. You will also enjoy splendid views of central Edinburgh. The rest of the day is at leisure. On August 9 to 23 departures, experience the world-famous Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo on the esplanade of Edinburgh Castle.(B)

Day 6: Journey to Titanic Belfast & Ballygally Castle Stay

This will be an early morning start as you drive to Cairnryan for a short ferry ride to Belfast. You will take a panoramic tour to see the highlights, including Victorian buildings, the impressive City Hall and the shipyards where RMS Titanic was built in 1912. You will visit Titanic Belfast to learn about this ill-fated famous liner through state-of-the-art displays. Than after you will continue to the historic Ballygally Castle Hotel. Remaining time is at leisure. In the evening, you will join dinner. (B,D)

Day 7: Explore Giant’s Causeway & Derry Walk

Today, you will travel along the scenic coastal route of the Nine Glens of Antrim and visit the Giant’s Causeway, hexagonal columns formed by volcanic activity over 60 million years ago. The enormous rocks have spawned legends about the mythical giant, Finn McCool. You will continue to Derry for a walking tour around the medieval city walls with a local guide. You will drive south to your Victorian hotel located on Dublin Bay, a few miles from the city. This evening, you will dine on your own. (B)

Day 8: Explore Dublin & Taylor’s Three Rock Pub

Today is the last full day of British & Irish adventure. After breakfast, you will tour central Dublin to see spacious Georgian squares and streets, landmark public buildings and graceful townhouses. You will take a guided walking tour of Trinity College’s campus and view the priceless Book of Kells. The afternoon is kept free for your so you can decide how you want to spend. In the evening, enjoy dinner at Taylor’s Three Rock Pub followed by a show with Irish music and dance.(B,D)

Day 9: Departure Dublin

After breakfast you’ll be dropped off at the airport for the last leg of your journey — the flight back home via connection flight from London Heathrow! Now your British & Irish adventure ends here! (B)
