Upon arrival, warmly welcome at Hanoi International Airport, our local guide will welcome you at the airport and then transfer directly to the hotel for check-in.

Breakfast at the hotel. Start your day with an unforgettable tour of Hanoi. Visit the unique stilt house where Ho Chi Minh lived. Afterward, walk through his fascinating garden. You will then continue to the one-pillar pagoda, the Tran Quoc Pagoda, and the Temple of Literature.

Afternoon, admire art at its finest at the Vietnam National Museum of Fine Arts and visit the beautiful Ngoc Son Temple, which sits on the stunning Hoan Kiem Lake. Visit the Old Quarter, a maze of streets bustling with thousands of shops, and enjoy a cyclo tour through the busy streets. Before boarding the cruise ship enjoy the delicious Vietnamese cuisine buffet. Embark on the cruise ship that will get you to the charming towns of Hon Gai, Cam Pha, and the fishing village of Vung Vieng. After the completion of the day excursion, enjoy some leisure time once back on the cruise ship. Some of the main activities we recommend are kayaking into the floating village or swimming in the cool waters of the bay.

Begin your day with another rejuvenating Tai Chi session on the cruise ship deck. Breakfast onboard, we then sail passing by the gorgeous landscapes of the Trong Grotto and the Trinh Nu Caves. Afterward, you’ll visit the magnificent Coc Ngoi Islet and the Sung Sot Cave, the largest and most breathtaking in Ha Long Bay. In the afternoon, disembark the cruise ship, and head back to Hanoi. You will then travel approximately 4 hours to one of Vietnam’s best-kept secrets and discover Mai Chau, a region with an abundance of misty mountains, lush green rice paddies, and old-fashioned villages. After enjoying a tasty local lunch, you will have leisure to rest relax in unwind in the tranquillity of the Mai Chau Valley. You’ll experience a truly traditional Vietnamese culture as your overnight stay will be in a homestay in a local village.

Start the day with a scenic 4-hour drive to Son La and indulge yourself in an ocean of rice fields. Ensure your eyes are open to enjoy the traditional markets in the Black Tai villages and a tea-growing region in the mountains. The drive will continue to the forest home of the Hmong people, an Asian ethnic group who take pride in their culture and independence. Shortly after by the early evening, we will arrive in Son La. Spend your day in Dien Bien Phu by visiting the Army Museum a 2-hour drive. Afterward, you’ll make your way to A1 Hill, the historic site where Vietnamese and French forces battled in 1946. Today you will experience another amazing 8-hour drive watching the fertile green valleys and beautiful mountains pass by as you travel to the extraordinary town of Sapa. Sapa is rich in cultural diversity housing many ethnic minorities around the rustic town. You will arrive in Sapa in the late afternoon. The remainder of the day is at your leisure to experience Sapa’s rugged scenery. Back to the hotel and the remainder of the time is at your leisure.

Today you will head to Ban Khoang; and walk through the pastoral village to experience the life of Vietnamese locals. Carry on to the Ta Giang Phin Valley where the Black Hmong people reside in various settlements. Here you’ll visit different settlements and watch men harvest crops and women sew traditional gowns. In the evening, you’ll return to Sapa, to board an overnight train back to Hanoi.

You will arrive at Hanoi train station in the early morning where we will pick up and transfer to the airport for a flight to Siem Reap. Upon arrival in Siem Reap, our representative will meet you and transfer you to the hotel. Remainder of time at your leisure to rest and relax. You may choose to explore the city on your own. You may consider visiting the Angkor National Museum, where exhibits tell the history of Khmer culture and the Angkor complex. Back to the hotel and the remainder of the time is at your leisure.

Today you will experience the excursion of a lifetime and spend the day at Angkor Wat, the largest religious monument in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Afterward, visit the ancient royal city of Angkor Thom and walk through the South Gate, where large statues welcome visitors. Afternoon, you’ll discover the Bayon Temple, the Royal Enclosure, the Phimeanakas Hindu Temple, the Elephants Terrace, and the Terrace of the Leper King. Today is another day, you will be heading to enjoy visiting the Banteay Srei temple, one of the best examples of classical Khmer art. Afterward, visit the secluded Beng Mealea temple situated in the thick jungle and trek through the abandoned sanctuary. Kick off your day with a trip to Chong Khneas, a floating village on the outskirts of Siem Reap. You’ll sail on the beautiful Tonle Sap Lake in a traditional wooden boat. Later, walk through the village and stop at the school of the Chantier Ecoles where locals learn the art of stone carving, wood ornamental sculpture, furniture making, and more.
