Is your departure date nearby?
Due to the extremely high volume of queries and the ongoing pandemic, we are contacting all our travelers seven days prior to the departure date to discuss holiday options.
Do you want to change your existing holiday plans?
We are very flexible and open to changing your travel plans even if they are currently not affected by travel restrictions.
Were your travel plans curtailed by COVID-19?
You should contact your travel insurer as travel insurance policies are designed to cover such eventualities. We can issue a curtailment letter to support your claim.
