With Our Flexibility Promise, you can secure your future holiday with a 60% deposit on new bookings. Should your plans change, you may also request to amend your booking up to 180 days before departure, subject to our Booking Terms & Conditions, applicable amendment fees, availability and any additional costs charged by airlines or other travel suppliers.
We continually monitor relevant travel advice, including guidance issued by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO). If unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances at your destination or its immediate vicinity significantly affect the performance of your package holiday or your travel to the destination, your options and any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 and our Booking Terms & Conditions.
Where circumstances require us to make a significant change to your holiday or cancel it, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and explain the options available to you. Depending on the circumstances, these may include accepting alternative arrangements, postponing your holiday or receiving a refund where you are legally entitled to one.
Your booking also benefits from the applicable ATOL and ABTOT financial protection, providing important financial protection in accordance with the terms of the relevant protection schemes.
