If you find an economy class schedule Carriers* airfare or package holidays that is available to the UK Public** from another high street travel agent, on-line travel agent or travel call centre to any destination then we will not only match the fare/holidays but BEAT.
Before booking the airfare or holidays you obtain a printed confirmation of the competitor travel agent’s airfare/holidays quote on headed paper, or equivalent (i.e. print out of web page), with airfare price, booking conditions, travel dates, number of passengers, airline and date of quote clearly shown. The guarantee is against the competitor’s initial quote only. Lumle Holidays will not enter into an ongoing negotiation on price after the first quote is provided.

You are required to fax or email evidence stated above related to the quote to your Lumle travel consultant following your phone call.
Lumle Holidays will check the quote for availability and booking conditions that same day.
Lumle Holidays believes there to be an erroneous fare displayed by a competitor or the fare displayed is no longer available to book we have a 24 hour period to investigate the pricing. If at this point we prove the fare to be incorrect/unavailable the price beat guarantee will apply to the new fare.
If Lumle Holidays is able to confirm that airfare is still available to be booked as per the itinerary quoted, we will not only match the airfare but BEAT IT!
Price guarantee can only be applied to airlines/holidays Lumle Holidays can sell. Price match guarantee does not include any bonding or Airline failure protections charges.
*Fares available to the general public are deemed as fares available to an audience not registered to a competitor subscription or membership. Lumle Holidays will not be able to beat airfares offered to closed subscriber or membership groups. All fares must be in UK pounds and purchased from a company trading in the UK.
*Excludes fares offered directly by an airline.
*Applies to scheduled airlines only (not Charters or Low Cost Airlines) and for travel originating in the UK.
*Applies to fares any UK Citizen can access and not Student, Senior Citizen or close user group fares.
*Must be “Apples to Apples” Comparison. Lumle Holidays Price Match Guarantee is available only for exact itinerary matches, for example, specific carrier or provider (including class of service), hotel (including room type), activity (including provider and activity duration/inclusions). For any stand-alone product booking (for example, a hotel room or an airline ticket), the comparison must be to the same product purchased stand-alone through another website (i.e., not part of a hotel + air travel package).
