The safety and wellbeing of our customers remains our absolute priority. We are in regular contact with our airline partners and reviewing official aviation guidance to assess any potential impact on upcoming departures.

Our approach to flight routing: We continuously monitor global airspace conditions and, where necessary, proactively arrange alternative flight routings that avoid affected regions. This ensures your journey can continue safely and smoothly, with minimal disruption.

At present, we are actively assisting customers travelling up until 25th March 2026. If your travel is scheduled beyond this date, we kindly ask for your patience while airlines continue to review schedules and routing options.

Customers will be contacted directly should their booking be affected. If you have not received communication from us, your travel arrangements remain scheduled as planned.
