No further protests have been reported since, and the Nepal Army has been deployed across key locations to maintain law and order. A curfew remains in place until 6:00 a.m. tomorrow as a precautionary measure.
In a positive development, Nepal’s youth are actively supporting the authorities by helping clear debris and clean damaged sites in the affected regions following the recent unrest.
Kathmandu’s Tribhuvan International Airport has reopened, and flights are scheduled to resume normal operations. Travellers should continue to check their airline’s website or “Manage Booking” for the latest flight-specific updates.
