Day 8 : GALAPAGUERA – PUERTO CHINO – LA LOBERIA WILDLIFE ENCOUNTERS

After breakfast, prepare for a spectacular day of discovery as we delve deeper into the unique ecosystems of San Cristóbal Island. Our first stop is the renowned Galapaguera, a protected giant tortoise sanctuary where you’ll have the incredible opportunity to observe these majestic creatures — also known as Galápagos tortoises — roaming in their natural habitat. Walking among these gentle giants, some of whom are over 100 years old, is a truly humbling and unforgettable experience.

Next, we head to Puerto Chino, one of the island’s most beautiful hidden gems. This pristine white sand beach is framed by volcanic rocks and turquoise waters, offering the perfect setting to unwind. Enjoy time to relax, take a walk along the shore, or simply soak up the serene coastal landscape.

In the afternoon, we continue to La Lobería, a stunning beach known as the permanent home of large colonies of Galápagos sea lions.
