Day 2 : ARRIVAL IN BUENOS AIRES – LEISURE TIME TO UNWIND OR EXPLORE

Upon arrival in Buenos Aires, you are warmly welcomed by a Lumle representative and transferred to your hotel. After check-in, the remainder of the day is entirely yours — with no scheduled activities, you’re free to relax and recover from your journey or take your first steps into this dynamic South American capital.

Often referred to as the “Paris of South America,” Buenos Aires is a captivating blend of European grandeur and passionate Latin spirit. If you choose to explore, begin with the atmospheric streets of San Telmo, where cobbled lanes, antique shops, and tango buskers conjure a bohemian charm. Or, immerse yourself in colour and creativity at La Boca’s famous Caminito Street, lined with brightly painted houses and local artists’ stalls.

Prefer a slower pace? Head to Puerto Madero, the city’s chic waterfront district, where converted docks now house elegant restaurants, leafy promenades, and stylish bars. Toast your arrival with a glass of Argentina’s famed Malbec and perhaps indulge in a perfectly grilled steak as the sun sets over the Rio de la Plata.

Whether you rest or roam, tonight offers a gentle introduction to the rich culture and rhythm of Buenos Aires — a city that will capture your heart from the very first moment.

Day 3 : GUIDED CITY TOUR OF BUENOS AIRES – ICONS, HISTORY & LOCAL LIFE

While long journeys will include planned comfort breaks, we recommend purchasing an e-SIM or local SIM card at the airport to stay connected throughout your journey. While on the road, it is highly unlikely that the vehicle will be equipped with bathroom facilities, though rest stops will be made for long trips.

FCDO Advice: For British nationals, we strongly recommend reviewing the latest travel advice from the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office at www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the entry requirements and travel regulations of Argentina, Brazil, or any countries transited during your journey.

Tour Adjustments: In rare instances, due to adverse weather, operational requirements, or safety concerns, Lumle Holidays reserves the right to alter the order or duration of excursions or itinerary elements without prior notice. We will make every effort to maintain the tour’s integrity while prioritising your safety and comfort.
